DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital download, template, guide, checklist, or any other non-physical product is purchased and delivered (or accessible), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

AFFILIATE PRODUCTS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

From time to time, we may recommend or link to third-party products, services, or websites via affiliate partnerships or collaborations. In such cases, any purchase you make is subject to that third party’s own terms, conditions, and refund policies.

We do not have control over these external platforms and cannot be held responsible or liable for any issues arising from third-party purchases, including dissatisfaction, technical issues, delivery failures, or refund requests.

ERRORS OR ACCESS ISSUES

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product you’ve purchased from Pawstination (e.g. download link not working), please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can help resolve the issue. While refunds are not offered, we will ensure you receive what you paid for if a technical fault on our end occurred.


USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) SERVICES 

All User-Generated Content (UGC) creation services are custom, made-to-order services tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the time, planning, filming, editing, and creative work involved, payments for UGC services are non-refundable once work has commenced (including but not limited to scripting, storyboarding, or product sourcing).

If a project is cancelled by the client before work has started, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.

Clients are responsible for providing clear project requirements, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect project timelines. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all UGC projects include the specific number of revisions outlined in your project proposal. Additional revisions, edits, or changes requested after approval will incur additional fees.

If Pawstination is unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please Note: These terms serve as general website guidelines. In the event of a conflict, any separate written contract, agreement, or partnership proposal signed and executed by both parties will fully supersede and override this policy.
